Itinerary

Day 1

Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro Airport, our representative will be waiting to welcome you into the land of Freedom and Unity, Tanzania, and will whisk you off to the Tarangire National park to get the first glimpse of Tanzania’s enchanting wildlife post breakfast. The epic Baobabs, far stretching savannah plains and the vast swamps are all a part of the amazing beauty of this mesmerizing part. Unforgettable encounters with beasts great and small are to be enjoyed at the steep banks of the meandering Tarangire river which divides the park into two halves, each half distinctly unique and different from each other. The best way to get around in this huge National park spread over 1360 sq kilometers is to get into a jeep and drive around, which is exactly how you will get around in this park. Retire to your hotel in Kilimanjaro after a day well spent and get a good night’s rest.
Day 2

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Kilimanjaro and then make way to the next stop on our Tour Package from Delhi to Tanzania, the Ngorongoro Crater rim. Day 3

The Ngorongoro Crater formed from a collapsed volcano with its steep sides servers as a natural enclosure for all kinds of wildlife which will be explored after breakfast. Herds of buffalos, gazelles, wildebeests and zebra can be seen grazing across the vast open plains while hippos and flamingos deck the Magadi Lake. This crater is a great place to see the Black Rhino. Predators like the hyena, cheetahs and the lesser seen Leopards have also found home in the crater. Unlike most other National Parks where the locals were evicted, Ngorongoro Crater is home to over 40,000 people of the Maasai tribe who dwell within the limits of the national park with grazing rights.



Here inside the park there are many famous picnic spots where you can enjoy the lunch packed for you. After thoroughly exploring this wildlife paradise, come back to the lodge and rest for the night.
Day 4

Enjoy a delicious breakfast early in the morning and set out towards the Great Serengeti National Park. Sights such as lions stalking their prey across open plains with their mane caught in the wind, wildebeests and zebras migrating in millions, and chances to view all the Big Five await all those who dare to explore this National Park. The Serengeti Ecosystem is one of the oldest ecosystems in the world and the vital features such as weather, vegetation and the fauna have not changed much in the past million years. With these ancient migratory instincts embedded deep into their subconscious, animals can be seen making their journey to the west braving crocodile infested waters and deep gorges.



After enjoying quick lunch at any one of the picnic spots inside the park you can continue on with the explorations of this quaint land where time seems to stand still.

Day 5

Set out after an early breakfast, as early and late evenings are the best time to catch as many of the 518 bird species identified in Serengeti National Park. Famous for the 2500 lions and over 1.5 million hooved animals, this place offers more diversity than anywhere else on the planet. The heart of the park is the wildlife central, guaranteed sightings of lion cheetahs and other predators, while the central plains are where one can enter a recluse with plenty of flora and a million shades of green. Year-round water around the Seronera River and a good mix of habitat make this region the preferred habitat of leopards and the open plains towards the south are where you will most likely spot cheetahs.

Day 6

Famous for its tree climbing lions, the Soda Ash Lake and pink flamingos, the Manyara National Park is full of breathtaking scenery which you will witness post a delicious breakfast. A huge number of elephants and herds of the largest baboon in Africa call this National park home and can be seen almost everywhere. Bird watching is a must do activity here as these winged beauties are spread evenly across the park, with the flamingos and pelicans usually spotted in the middle of the lake, spoonbills, egrets, herons and storks converging around all water bodies and evergreen forests. Out of the 330 sq kilometers of area that comes under Manyara National park, about 220 sq kilometers is taken up by the alkaline lake Manyara, however the dazzling wildlife and ecosystem of this park makes up for its small size. Retire for the night in the lodge as the forest around you also lulls into a night time slumber.
Day 7

Enjoy one last game drive into the quiet forest of Manyara National Park in the wee hours of the morning and then return to the lodge for breakfast. Post breakfast a transfer will be arranged to take you to the airport.
