Overview

Panna National Park is situated in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh,at a distance of around 57 km from Khajuraho. The region, famous for its diamond industry, is also home to some of the best wildlife species in India and is one of the most famous Tiger Reserves in the country. The park is known worldwide for its wild cats, including tigers as well as deer and antelope. Due to its closeness to one of the best-known Indian tourist attraction in India, Khajuraho, the park is recognized as an exciting stop-over destination.

Itinerary

Day 1

Proceed to Jabalpur from Pune.
Day 2

Arrival at Jabalpur in the morning. Breakfast at Jabalpur. Proceed to Panna. Reach our lodge at Panna and take lunch and rest. Get introduced to this beautiful forest in an interactive orientation session this evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Panna.
Day 3

Explore different parts of Panna on morning and evening jeep safaris. Participate in a unique ‘knowledge sharing session’ in the evening to know more about the wildlife seen during the first three safaris. Our wildlife expert will share his experiences and discuss about different facets of nature and wildlife. Overnight stay at Panna.
Day 4

Today you will further explore this beautiful forest on morning and evening jeep safaris. Evening will be spent sharing experiences with each other over a cup of coffee / tea. Overnight stay at Panna.
Day 5

One more jeep safari at Panna, to maximise the chances of tracking ‘The Big Cat’ as well ! Departure to Jabalpur after lunch
Day 6

Return home with happy memories. Today bid farewell to your tour.
