Itinerary

Day 1

On your arrival at Guwahati airport, an agent’s representative will welcome you. From here, you will be escorted to the hotel in Guwahati. Register yourself at the hotel reception and get over the jet lag. Rest of the day is at leisure, which you can enjoy the way you want. At night, tuck yourself in your cozy bed and cuddle to sleep.
Day 2

Wake up to a hearty breakfast and check out from the hotel. Now, explore a host of Guwahati attractions, followed by a transfer to Shillong.



Srimanta Shankardev Kalakhetra: A non-profit cultural organization in Guwahati, it houses various structures as well as buildings that portray ethnic designs of Assam. The main attraction here is Central Museum.



After exploring these attractions, proceed to Shillong. On arrival, check-in to the hotel and relax before setting off to visit its attractions.



Umiam Lake: This is a scenic man-made lake, surrounded by luxuriant meadows and hills. Owing to its vast expanse, it is locally known as Barapani (big water). It is a perfect place that offers some beautiful moments to couples.

Day 3

Seven Sisters Falls – These seven segmented waterfalls are fourth highest in the country. Sunset here is truly spectacular.



Thangkharang Park – Catch views of Bangladesh plains from this park that also offers you a breathtaking sight of Kynrem Falls, cascading in three levels.



Mawsmai Cave – Watch amazing stalactites and stalagmites formations in these limestone caves. The nature’s artwork inside will leave you spellbound.

Day 4

Double Decker Root Bridge: The Bridge is 250 years old. The only way to reach this primeval bridge is by trekking.
